Our mission is to encourage creativity through writing while building self-confidence and providing support to emerging writers.

English Scribbles is an independent book publisher which was founded in 2016 by Mark and Emily English. Based in Northern Virginia, the press focuses on the desire to help small voices tell epic stories.

We seek to connect with independent editors, artists, and printers to work with us on our publishing journey to create professional books with a very human touch.

Starting with our flagship book Uniting the Heavens, English Scribbles has expanded to providing writing workshops for middle school students and producing literary magazines.
